Project Management

We provide a project management service for new builds and refit projects. from the initial concept through to completion and delivery, every minor detail is taken into account by our project management team.

OUR EXPERIENCE

With a background as a Yacht Captain followed by nearly 20 years in the uniform industry, David has been involved with the uniform for some of the largest super yacht new builds in the world. His first hand experience coupled with his extensive knowledge of what uniform works on yachts in terms of durability and longevity ensure a flawless experience from design to delivery.

Start of Project
Initial consultation

New Build Project

The beginning of the project starts with an initial consultation with David. David travels to Holland, Germany, Italy etc regularly to meet with our new build projects. The initial consultation will discuss concepts, ideas and the boats requirements

Stage 2
Storyboards/Samples

Once back in Palma Mallorca the team will work on storyboards and design to put onto paper the Yachts concept in visuals.

Whilst the storyboard is underway our team will be collecting samples of the products required.

Stage 3 Quotation

Once Storyboards and samples have been approved we put together a quotation based on the products on the storyboard

Stage 4
Order, Delivery, storage

Order and Delivery. Lead-times will depend very much on the items ordered. We ship internationally using the most reliable and affordable couriers and with two European warehouses we can also offer a storage service should the order be ready before you are able to receive it.
