Key Account Manager

The role as Key account manager is to find, sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients for the company. To utilize company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients’ long-term goals. 

This will involve visiting a potential or existing clients both in Mallorca and across Europe. Discussing requirements and taking as much information as possible whilst on site to be in a position to open a project fitting to their needs. Discussing with the design and purchasing team what is required and assisting where needed during the process. Finally, overseeing the delivery of the project as per the clients and the company’s expectations and ensuring all payments and invoicing has been finalised.
